This is a great place for fresh ingredients, flavor, and excellent portion size. The Uma-mi with ribeye, bahn mi fries, cluck in blaze mi are all amazing.
A few times, they forgot jalapeños and the perfect sandwich takes a while to make. Be patient it's worth every minute.
Staff is always very friendly and will help answer any questions. Prices are spot on around $10 to $15 with some item slightly lower or higher.
It's peaceful and quiet tucked in the corner of the strip mall like a hidden gem should be.

Great flavors, prices, and portions. Had the Grill Mi with chicken, The Green spring roll, and cajun fries (the container was absolutely filled with fries). I'll be back for sure.

During a month long stay in the area, this was one of my favorite spots to eat. The banh mi were so flavorful and the meat was tender. The Uma-mi was my favorite as the marinated ribeye is absolutely delicious. The marinated ribeye also comes on the banh mi fries which I would crave throughout the week! The plant mi (tofu option) even deserves 5 stars in my opinion. I ordered the wings a few times and regretted not opting for a banh mi/fries instead each time. The tamarind Thai was my favorite if I had to choose though. The rollz are big and tasty but tend to fall apart easy making it tough to dip in the peanut sauce. There were many other options on the menu that I didn’t get to try, mainly because I couldn’t stop ordering the banh mi.

One of our new favorite spots!
Growing up eating bánh mì, I consider myself to be an expert and this place did not disappoint. From the pickled veggies to French baguette, it was pretty close to the authentic ones you'd find in Vietnam. I highly recommend any of the flavors because their house aioli is the best part!
* Uma Mì: 10/10 - the grilled ribeye was super tasty
* Thai Tea: 9/10 - not to sweet and refreshing
The worker there was really friendly and attentive! He brought our food to us even though we were going to take it to-go. The interior is also pretty spacious with a a good amount of tables and seating. It's located in a pretty large plaza so finding a parking spot shouldn't be a problem. One thing to keep in mind is that the prices are a bit high for bánh mì. Nevertheless, we'll definitely be back to try their Wingz and other menu items!
Highly recommend stopping by! :)

Garlic fries were delicious! I’m the amount given was generous, the wife and I didn’t finish them ( we definitely took the rest home). The cilantro Parmesan dipping sauce was also very good.
Wings: we tried the salt and pepper wings which were good, definitely a little on the salty side but also reminded us of pho. 5/5
Ube wings: sweet and savory at the same time. Never had anything like it before and thought the ube dry rub they created was GENIUS! 10/10!
Pork bahn mi: we split one (forgot to take a picture) but it was big enough for us to share. Bread was soft, veggies were generous and the pork was a very thick cut portion. Wish it was cooked a little bit more but still very good. 4.4/5
Melon drink: they gave us a free sample and was immediately hooked. Very tasty! 5/5
Service was amazing: 5/5
Would definitely recommend and am planning to go to try the other items!

As a chef of over 10 years working everything from French fine dining, Chinese, pizza and more, I want to say this from the bottom of my heart. This was the best damn Banh Mi I’ve ever had. The pork belly was cooked to absolute perfection. The tamarind wings were INSANE. You folks should truly be proud of the menu you created, I can’t wait to come back here and try everything. The lady who took and served my food was extremely sweet as well, came to check on me during my visit. Great darn job you guys!

This place is awesome! It is a mom & pop restaurant offering a great fusion of all sorts of culture which we so badly need in this area. I got the Banh Mi fries and my friend got some wings and the black garlic fries. Everything we got was made to order and were flavorful. The owners were wonderful as well! Will definitely come back! :)

We discovered this hidden gem in our area, as one of the few places that still offers bahn mi. The inside is covered in chicken phrases and is very sleek looking. Their menu has quite the variety, bahn mi sandwiches plus fried chicken. We ordered one of each, and the chicken wings (10) have a huge range of sauces. We tried the Thai peanut sauce, which had a nice flavor to it. The bahn mi sandwich was delicious and tasty. Plenty for two people. Overall the prices are quite reasonable and the ambiance was nice and chill. Check this place out!

This spot has completely won me over — I find myself constantly craving their wings! My go-to is the garlic wings paired with the black garlic fries, which come with a flavorful green sauce that I actually prefer over ranch. I also tried their matcha horchata, and it was the perfect refreshing drink, especially in this summer heat.
The cashier was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. I’m definitely planning to come back soon with friends and family to share this hidden gem!
